In view of the discussions on

1) the Proposal for a EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL REGULATION Regulation (EU) No .../2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles and

2) the COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMMISSION TO THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT, THE COUNCIL, THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL COMMITTEE AND THE COMMITTEE OF THE REGIONS - Towards a European road safety area: policy orientations on road safety 2011-2020

MEP Wim van de CAMP, rapporteur of the latter, kindly invited his peers and selected guests to join a workshop offering an overview of the motorcycling sector in Europe today. The workshop comprised the following short presentations, followed by question opportunities:
