RIDERSCAN outcomes presented at the Annual POLIS Conference in Brussels

400 mobility professionals from across Europe and beyond have come together to debate on urban and regional mobility at this year’s Annual Polis Conference in Brussels. Local and regional authorities called for putting the citizen at the heart of the Smart Cities process. A unique occasion to present RIDERSCAN outcomes.

The 2015 Polis Conference took place on 19-20 November, and was entitled "Innovation in Transport for Sustainable Cities and Regions".

The Polis Conference is an important annual highlight for urban mobility professional as it provides an opportunity for the wide transport community to engage with representatives of local and regional authorities on innovative transport solutions. This year, 400 mobility professionals came together to debate on urban and regional mobility.

This was a unique occasion for RIDERSCAN coordinator, Aline Delhaye, to present the project’s outcomes during the dedicated session on Vulnerable Road Users
